"How did you get to be here?" This cult classic musical asks just that of Franklin Shepherd, a one-time idealistic composer now turned jaded film producer. Featuring a genius score from Stephen Sondheim and a witty, emotional book from George Furth, Merrily's unconventional backwards-through-time storytelling examines the forces that challenge our intentions, our friendships and our dreams.
