  • Frank D. Gilroy, Dartmouth Class of 1950, passed away on Saturday, September 12th at his home in Monroe, NY. While at Dartmouth, he wrote eight student productions and graduated with high honors in Sociology. Gilroy was winner of a Pulitzer Prize, a Tony and a Drama Critics’ Circle Award for his work, " The Subject Was Roses". His work as a playwright and television and Hollywood dramatist will long be celebrated and remembered.

  • The Theater Foreign Study Program (FSP) offers students the opportunity to combine theater studies and professional practice in theater at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), one of the world's great conservatories. The program is a unique chance for students to develop their craft while taking advantage of London's incomparable theatrical tradition and vibrant cultural scene. Students on the Theater FSP typically see about thirty performances over the course of the term....
