Robert David Grant is an actor and educator who has appeared onstage in New York with The Mint Theater Company, Pearl Theater, Drama League, The Acting Company, The Flea Theater and The Westside Theatre, and regionally with The Guthrie, Geva Theatre Center, Yale Rep, Barrington Stage Company, McCarter Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre of NJ, Yale Cabaret, as well as national tours with The Acting Company and others. His TV credits include a recurring role on the Emmy-winning HBO drama Succession, sharing scenes with Brian Cox, Holly Hunter and Cherry Jones, and a recurring role on The Orville on Fox alongside Seth MacFarlane. Robert is the Director of Education at Northern Stage, where as an actor he appeared in the title role in Macbeth and in King Lear.  He is a long-time company member of The Actors Center, where he has been fortunate to collaborate and train with some of the leading voices in actor training. Robert holds a BA from Princeton University and an MFA from the Yale School of Drama.
