A staged reading, directed by Kelleen Moriarty '19
Performances in the Bentley Theater, March 4-5.
Trifles is a short, one act play about the aftermath of a woman's murder of her husband in rural, early 20th century America. The story follows five of the townspeople as they investigate the home/crime scene, and come to their own conclusions about the crime.
CHARACTERS:
George Henderson – County Attorney
Henry Peters – County sheriff
Lewis Hale – A neighboring farmer
Mrs. Peters – The sheriff's wife
Mrs. Hale – The neighbor's wife
***Auditions are open to all undergraduates -- no experience necessary!!***
AUDITION INFORMATION:
Auditions will be held FRIDAY and SATURDAY afternoons, January 13-14. Callbacks are on Sunday, January 15.
